Jeff did a complete market analysis which take a lot of time, came to our home personally. Then we decided not sell. I felt so bad that he had done all this work and now we weren't selling. He was great about it. He was helpful and walked us through refinancing. In addition he helped my family sell our sister's home quickly, which she was about to loose.
